Refinance Your Mortgage

Lock in a fixed-rate mortgage while rates are low.

It's cliche to say "it's never been a better time to refinance your mortgage" — but honestly, it's true. During August of 2019, Listerhill members who closed a fixed-rate mortgage secured an average 3.66% Annual Percentage Rate. By refinancing your adjustable rate mortgage to a fixed-rate mortgage, you may be able to lower your monthly payments now and protect yourself from future rate hikes.
