Listerhill Credit Union Celebrates Grand Opening in Rogersville
Muscle Shoals, ALABAMA—Listerhill Credit Union will celebrate the grand opening of its Rogersville branch with a community event including a ribbon-cutting ceremony, free food and prizes on Friday, November 13, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
“We have a pretty large constituency of members who have been waiting for this branch to open,” said Branch Manager Dani Spann. “It’s not only a convenient location for Rogersville residents but it’s also convenient for people who commute to Athens and Huntsville.”
The Rogersville branch, located at 17051 Highway 72, marks the opening of Listerhill’s 16th branch. The festivities will begin at 10 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and continue all day with an open house to welcome members and non-members alike.
“Although we’ve been welcoming members to the branch for several weeks, Friday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony will commemorate our official grand opening,” explained Brad Green, President of Listerhill Credit Union. “We look forward to playing a vital role in the development of Rogersville. With nearly all of our Rogersville branch staff and myself being life-long residents of Rogersville or the small communities nearby, we have a vested interest in serving our friends and neighbors here.”
The Rogersville branch features a full financial service lobby, a 24-hour ATM machine, a drive-up window, a night deposit and safe deposit boxes. The branch also serves as a Credit Union Service Center Location, enabling members from thousands of credit unions across the United States to conduct financial transactions while in Rogersville.
The Rogersville branch is open six days a week, plus 24-hour ATM access. The lobby is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The drive-up window remains open until 6 pm on Thursdays and Fridays for the convenience of members. Saturday hours are from 8:30 am to noon.
Listerhill Credit Union broke ground for the branch on February 10 and completed construction in less than eight months. The building was designed by Lambert, Ezell and Durham and constructed by Smith General Contractors, both of Florence.
